Video for Resource- K-12

Why use video as a classroom resource?

Our students are exposed to video on a daily basis, and it is an integral part of their lives. Video informs, educates, and entertains. The role of video as an educational tool has increased in the classroom as well in an attempt to connect with students who may learn better through this modality than the traditional textbook. Not only has video changed the way we educate, but it has also changed the way in which we research. See Guidelines for Video Research in Education.

Where do I go to find video for my classroom?
